Project Warehouse

Our project warehouse facilities in the Port of HaminaKotka, Finland, support the storage, consolidation, inspection, and handling of project cargo for industrial, energy, infrastructure, and construction projects worldwide. We manage a wide range of project shipments, including production equipment, factory machinery, heavy industrial components, spare parts, valves, instruments, and other high-value cargo destined for international project sites.

In a typical project, we handle items of vastly different sizes, from small spare parts to oversized cargo weighing up to 35 tonnes and beyond. For larger and heavy-lift components requiring specialized crane operations, we offer direct delivery to our warehouse yard or port terminal, ensuring efficient handling and onward transportation.

This enables efficient project cargo logistics, rapid mobilization, and reliable delivery schedules for customers operating across Europe and global markets.

Within our project logistics terminals, we store equipment and components intended for major industrial facilities, construction sites, and infrastructure developments. When required, we perform comprehensive incoming inspections using an “open box” approach, including serial number verification, condition checks, and documentation control to ensure full traceability throughout the supply chain.
