Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data are processed for handling and managing issues related to the customer relationship (service and products offering, selling, delivering and invoicing, as well as handling possible support requests and complaints).

The data are not disclosed to third parties.

The person’s basic information and contact information (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, employer and job function).

Personal data are collected from the data subjects themselves.

Principles of registry protection

The data controller has limited access rights and authorizations to information systems and other storage platforms in such a way that the data can be viewed and processed only by the persons necessary for their legal processing.

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her if the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

The right to data portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller if the data are portable in accordance to data protection legislation.

The right to lodge a complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes current data protection legislation in the processing of personal data.
