Dismantled window-producing factory
6/2014 – 12/2014
General cargo + break bulk (OOG). 10 trucks + 1 OOG truck, tot. 47 tons
Hacklin Hamiko handled delivery and customs clearance of the equipment for window-producing factory in St.Petersburg. The project was handled in close co-ordination with Hacklin Hamiko’s representative office in Saint-Petersburg OOO Hacklin CIS. We conducted detailed description of the technological equipment, clarified legal issues related to capital contribution and made required registration with the Russian authorities.
The dismantled factory was thoroughly documented in Finland, photographed and coded in detail. Equipment was evaluated by an authorized surveyor in Finland and in Russia. Loadings were precisely supervised for insuring that loading lists exactly corresponded to the actual loaded amounts and descriptions.
Import customs clearance in Russia was the challenging part of the project. Russian customs authorities pay close attention to price and weight of the equipment and matching models, markings and technical details mentioned in documentation provided to the actual data.
The project was completed successfully due to local presence, good relationships with authorities in Russia and extensive understanding of Russian legislation.
Client comments:
“Delivery of the equipment as an investment to share capital required a significant amount of documents to be prepared for various authorities, and in this respect there was a lot of benefit of Hacklin Hamiko’s expertise.
Due to good preparation and clear documentation delivery of the equipment went without troubles and delays. Our factory project was completed in December 2014 according to planned schedule.
Our fruitful relationship still continues: Hamiko takes care of weekly deliveries of materials and components from Finland to the factory in Saint-Petersburg”.
