Team-building day on Tammio

Last week, we spent a refreshing team-building day on Tammio, a small, historically rich island off the coast of Hamina. With its lilac-lined paths, wooden houses, and peaceful seaside views, Tammio offered the perfect setting to reflect, reconnect, and recharge.

As one of the best-preserved archipelago villages in Finland, Tammio reminded us of the value of tradition – and the importance of looking ahead. Because in logistics, as in teamwork, smooth sailing comes from rowing in the same direction.
