From Summer Employee to Valued Colleague: Thank You, Jennina

Oh, strawberry summer… 🍓 Last Friday was one of those days that perfectly captured the bittersweet side of working life: strawberry cake, warm hugs, a few tears, and many smiles.

We gathered to say goodbye, or perhaps “see you later”, to Jennina, who is moving to a new city and starting an exciting new chapter. While our paths are now taking different directions, we are genuinely happy for her and wish her every success and happiness in the future.

A Journey That Started as a Summer Job

What makes these farewells especially meaningful is the story behind them. Jennina first joined us five years ago as a summer employee. What was supposed to be a summer job turned into a much longer journey, and over the years she became a valued colleague and an important part of our everyday work life.

A Card That Captured the Moment Perfectly

The card Jennina gave us summed up the moment beautifully. Two coffee mugs greeting each other and the question “Koska taas tavataan?” (“When will we meet again?”) inside. Along with her heartfelt message thanking us for the years spent together, it was a wonderful reminder that while workplaces, jobs, and cities may change, the connections we build with people often remain.
